Located in a quiet pocket of Heidelberg, Baden is a collection of 12 boutique townhouses designed for the idyllic suburban lifestyle. The townhouses have north, east and west aspects and each unit enjoys a quiet neighbourhood outlook.

Varying between 2 and 3 bedroom, each townhouse captures suburban views and offers amenity such as a private garden terraces and individualised secure garage parking.

The design uses portal-framed ambient light collectors on the laneway to capture the north light, which while articulating the façade, and improving the amenity of the living areas.

In order to ensure privacy for each apartment and minimise the visual impact on the street, the design utilises screening and setbacks to minimise bulk when viewed from neighbouring properties.

Mindful of the environmental impact of the project, our team ensured the site plan preserved two large gum trees located on the nature strip.
