On an elevated corner block with views across the eastern suburbs of Rosanna, Grandview Residences are a collection of 3 boutique townhouses that have been designed to provide elevated living with Mt Dandenong views. The townhouses have northern, and eastern aspects and each unit enjoys a quiet neighbourhood outlook.
The townhouses have been designed, to maximise livable areas on a tight suburban block. Generous living areas overlook the quiet street of Grandview grove. The design aesthetics focus on contextual materials and a subdued form which hugs the contours minimising visual impact to the surrounding neighbourhood.
