Leopold Marina - Lifestyle & Recreation Development

Leopold Marina is a concept planning and re-zoning scheme, and part of major local planning scheme vision for Leopold.  The development incorporates a new marina community facilities, lifestyle pocket villages, marina and dock facilities, restaurant and retail precinct.

Situated in a prime location along the Belarine Peninsula, the new development will comprise of 180 dwellings, and will also cater for retirement living and aged care.

Residents will have access to a number of community amenities including a Marketplace, Recreation and Community Centre, various sporting facilities, walking trails and a foreshore.  MLD Studio have designed a number of modular dwelling schemes for the development.
